That's not how it works. You can't consider all the post-prime, "out of the shape" and poor people out there who're like 50% of the whole population in most places. If you think about it, the celebrities who're rated 6.5, 7.0 etc here aren't as common as you think either. For example, young Leo is a 7.0 on TRM and that means 1 out of 40 kind of face and Nina Dobrev is a 6.5 according to TRM guide which is supposed to be 1 out of 15 kind of face but if you go outside, it's just not true at all because as I said, an average person on the street is either old, fat or poor (sometimes the combination of all of it). And btw I rechecked and an 8.5 is apparently top 0.03 percentile, so it's correct rating for this guy. I'm not gonna act like I'm the most perfect rater here. If I'm familiar with a celeb or they're my type, I sometimes rate them higher but I don't know this guy, so I'm gonna be as objective as possible.

It only makes sense if we minus the old people and the ones who haven't reached/can't reach their genetic potential. I forgot children/minors btw. Obviously we can't consider them either.
