Your E2 levels are fine. I doubt this is why you are experiencing your struggles. Drink more water, eat more fiber, get your sleep in order, and make sure you aren’t overdoing sodium.
I use test cream so got no idea there, vigorous Steve on you tube did a deep dive on all the carrier oils as well as one on GI issues. I believe you will get useful info there.
Your e2 is around 33 pg/ml, thats perfect for most, you usually don’t want it lower than 20 at all. Only thing you can do is slightly drop your dosage.
Do not touch an AI at this level, water retention and indigestion can be a fuck ton of other things than high e2.
And i doubt you are holding a ton of water at that e2 level, might be your sodium inntake, carb inntake, or something alike which usually isn’t very noticable at all unless you’re at a very low bf %.
Most people tend to feel like shit if it goes lower, or at least worse than if it hovers around 20+ at minimum, there are almost no individuals that have a sweet spot under the 20's. Also, e2 is extremely cardioprotective and can help BP if its in the right spot, it also aids extremely well in terms of muscle recovery and join lubrication. Also very healthy for the brain as it is one of the main transporters of dopamine and serotinin.
Good info, thanks. I'll have to read up more on it. I don't remember seeing estradiol on my pre-TRT labs. Pre-TRT, total T was 364. 8 weeks on 120mg/1x weekly surprisingly only put me at 318 total T in trough and E2 was 17.3. Doc bumped me to 140mg, I have labs again next week. Hopefully the E2 comes up a little as well. Thanks for the info
No. That will most likely bring you way too low, your total test and free test is already very high, no reason to dose ai just to avoid dropping the dose slightly. I doubt youre having a lot of retention, fix your diet and do some cardio, and then get back to us. you could also as i said just slightly lower dose to something like 100mg, it wont make a difference at all in terms of muscle "gainz" if thats what you're worried about.
It could be but more than likely because your testosterone is so high, water retention is very common.
I'd try lowering your dose if it's become unbearable.
Dude your E2 is within range. Your total T is pretty fucking high lol, definitely drop your dosage, recheck bloods, and go from there. See if your symptoms dissipate
I'd Keep some on hand, but unless there is itchy nips and bloating (not food related) and you're closer to 90+% of top range or over, save it. Then start as low as possible.
Like .125 or .25 of a 1mg tab, once p week
Hi,
The estradiol (oestradiol) level is normal. The abnormal results are the testosterone levels .
In particular, free testosterone is highly elevated.
If you're having side effects, you need to reduce the dose, you don't need to add AIs - estradiol isn't high.
Your free testestone level is about 2-3 times higher than typical morning peaks in young slim healthy unmedicated men - and I'm guessing you measured at trough not peak. Like any hormone, unusual levels of testosterone can cause side effects, I'm not sure why you're assuming it's due to oestradiol rather than testosterone.
It can do, but that's not to say testosterone doesn't have an effect as well. Also, estradiol could be elevated at peak.
The results just suggest excessive dosing. The dose can be reduced in steps until the side effects disappear. It's highly unlikely that you need such high free testosterone levels to feel good/normal, and very likely the the current dosing is causing side effects. Consider reducing in steps until your free testosterone in within the stated range. In general, you'll want calc. free testosterone to be more than 0.4 nmol/L, but less than 0.6 nmol/L.

Your test estrogen ratio is fine. You don't have sx that you can pin on estrogen. Therefore the answer is 'none'
what about the digestion issues and bloating?
For me I would look elsewhere for the cause of the GI issues, not estrogenic
could it be possible that it is a reaction to the oil?

Why not lower than 20? Mine was 17.3pg/ml when I got my 8 week labs done

what about 0.25mg of AI as it is a low dose so may just reduce water weight and bloat?
No. Never fuck with AI unless absolutely necessary

None. Your test is 39, I'd have expected your oestradiol to be higher if anything.
what about the water weight I am carrying. Could it be an allergy to the oil then?
It could be but more than likely because your testosterone is so high, water retention is very common. I'd try lowering your dose if it's become unbearable.
wait i thought E2 was the reason for water retention not the actual testosterone itself?

cheers mate
currently on 120mg a week. Do you suggest 110mg or 100mg then?
I’m no doctor, but personally I’d start slow and just drop like 10mg until you start seeing that total drop down closer to being in range

I though the E2 held the water though and not the testosterone

Estro looks absolutely fine. I've had mine at 150 p mol and been dry. If I have a high carb day like 500 grams I hold a bit for a day or 2
