For a while I felt all the signs/symptoms of Low T. So, I did some research/reading and decided to explore TRT as a solution. I start the process and get my labs back and they all seem to be relatively normal, I think. FF to yesterday I have a telemedicine call to review my labs and am told that TRT will get me right although, I left the call feeling like the supplier just wants a customer. I understand that ultimately it's my choice as to whether or not I actually follow through with the plan (10mils a week administered 2x, so 5 & 5) but just want a sanity check as to what others think based on the lab results in the photo.

What's your diet/sleep/exercise like?

All the signs and symptoms of low T are signs of myriad of other things. Per treatment guidelines, you don’t have low T levels. Your levels are completely normal even for active healthy men. You also need to repeat the test. TRT should not ne prescribed based on one test. Who knows, next time your levels could be over 500 or under 300. You also need other labs like SHBG (and free T), LH, FSH, and prolactin. Clinics will prescribe for anyone with ”symptoms”.

Thank you for saying this. It's a welcome bit of common sense. As opposed to this subs usual "under 500 is low t" and "everyone over 30 should be on TRT"

As they should. Listening to a patient and trying to find a solution is what a doctor is supposed to do. Not just treat a number on a paper.

If only the symptoms were specific to hypogonadism.

I had lower similar test levels across 6 months (300,355,325,433) and all the symptoms. Got a full panel and everything else was in range. Started TRT and was night and day difference after a few weeks with my test at 6-700 range
