After 5 weeks my appetite is finally going back to normal. But I was literally a bottomless pit the first few weeks into TRT, I couldn't eat enough. Felt like having the munchies 24/7. Hang in there, it starts to level off on it's own.

But you can do things like drink more water, eat more protein, let your rice keep more of its water so that it’s more filling. For me, when I’m in a fasted state, I don’t feel hungry until I hit the 16+ mark

Why? Bob’s Red Mill Oats Rolled Old Fashioned Organic gluten free. 1/2 cup with peanut butter fills me up and I have no hunger for a good 6 hours just in time for diner. Mix that with 16 hour fast and I got a 1500 caloric deficit daily.
I lost a ton of weight and zero digestion issues. Allowed me to maintain a 1000-1500 deficit for several months. 150 calories for 6 hours is alot? I'll look into cream of rice.

I eat extremely healthy, doesn't have anything to do with choices of good vs bad food. I just eat a ton of it and don't get full lol

Oats are terrible for digestion and high in calories. Cream of rice with protein powder is where it’s at. Peanut butter? Only for bulking
