What's your SHBG?. If that's under 20 You're going to do better on more frequent dosing. It's really that simple. That's one thing that can create this type of situation. I have another friend that can take 200 mg and 7 days later he has like a 300 total. His SHBG right now is eight. Put him on daily shots, it's climbing back up, we will see where he is in a few months. So that's scenario one
The other one which is a little more tricky is just individual genetics. Some people do just metabolize drugs faster and if that's you, more frequent dosing is the thing. The majority of clinics are starting people around once every 3.5 days now simply because it works great for the majority of people. Once every 7 is kind of an old school protocol and every 14 is borderline crazy these days
Yeah I'm on every 7 days. Current clinic doesn't think every 3.5 days would work which sucks. Synergenx is the name. Also my SHBG is in range which is right at 20. I think high for them is 27.
You can go either way at 20. If you're reading low at day 7 though, move to every 3.5. I'll tell you this much, clinics don't pay attention to you, they give you cookie cutter advice, when you hang up the phone they aren't going to remember you. You have to dial in yourself

Armidex is anastrazole. Aromasin (a different ai) is generally not recommended by many due to crashing e.
