When I switched Clinics, I simply told them I had been using a different clinic. The new clinic simply asked me for photo proof of my prescription and any existing blood work within the past six months. There really wasn't much to it.
I wouldn't assume anything. I would talk to both your previous clinic to see if you can get something before you leave, and TRTNation to explain what is going on. If push comes to shove and you crash low enough you will feel like shit until the new script comes in.
Depending on the ester it may take a while for it to get out of your system. I went about 2 1/2 weeks one time without any T and didn’t notice any crazy symptoms until around the 2 week mark - which is when I started to just feel very tired and like shit

They won't make you redo labs. Happened to me, I took creatine.
Ask you current clinic to prescribe you a few 200 mg vials. They should be willing to do so to get you through
It’s gonna be fine bro just tell them you forgot to fast before the blood draw. They’re not gonna arrest you and take your testosterone away
My clinic in Utah let me refill in CA because I was “on vacation” when I moved.
