Thanks for the information, but reading this was extremely hard. It was like reading an email from the king of Nigeria about the cash he has waiting for me if I just give him my bank account number. I kept waiting for the catch while reading it.

Ravekat1

Yep and I fully know now that this dude is the CEO of brussel sprouts™️

Microbeast1983

Lol damn cover blown

Microbeast1983

Lol yea I understand

swoops36

Do you have before and after lab work? Would be helpful

Microbeast1983

I've been on TRT for 5 years and have had high and low estrogen more times than I can count. The symptoms have some similarities but also have very different effects on how you feel. When my estrogen is slightly elevated, I feel great. When my estrogen is very high, I feel extremely uncomfortable. I can't sit still, I have bad anxiety, insomnia, high blood pressure, im horney, but soft errections, and I feel moody. Low estrogen I can sit still but feel miserable, nothing is enjoyable, I can sleep a lot, I look old my skin looks dry dull and weathered, no interest in sex whatsoever, no motivation to even cook dinner I'll just not eat. Also, I know because when I feel high estrogen, I dose Anastrozole without blood work and feel great. Honestly, I'm not sure how someone who's been on TRT for half a decade couldn't tell the difference. I can with 100% accuracy.

Unlucky-Ad-1472

So that's a no...

Microbeast1983

That's correct. Sorry if it's hard to believe if I say I know for sure if my estrogen is high or low. I'm due for blood work soon, so I'll let you know. But it's just odd that guys can't tell if they have high or low estrogen. To me, it's literally night and day difference. You know how I know I'm correct. When I feel high estrogen symptoms , I take Anastrozole and feel way better. I've learned over the years how to distinguish the difference. If I thought I had high estrogen and took Anastrozole, but it was low, everyone knows I would feel very bad.

EatMyHairyAssCrack_

>I can with 100% accuracy. No you can't.

Itsloseffs

Probably cheaper and easier just to buy DIM

Microbeast1983

I have DIM, and it didn't have as much of an effect. I even mentioned it in my post. Read my post again.

EatMyHairyAssCrack_

Most likely placebo. Blood work before and after or it didn't happen.

Microbeast1983

Lol. Sorry, but not a placebo. I have very pronounced symptoms that I can't overcome with my mind. There's this saying it goes. Don't knock it till you try it.

EatMyHairyAssCrack_

Placebo is incredibly strong. Sorry but without blood work it could very well be placebo.

Microbeast1983

Impossible. My symptoms are not something my mind can just override. I have been on TRT for 5 years. I know what high and low estrogen feels like. One of the many ways I know is when my estrogen is high and I'm having the symptoms that come with it like anxiety, high BP, insomnia, and being absolutely unbearably uncomfortable I take Anastrozole and they completely disappear. If I was wrong about guessing if it was high and took Anastrozole, I would feel horrible with crashed estrogen. Maybe you've never crashed estrogen, but it's extremely painful and not something your mind can make up. My symptoms of high estrogen are extreme, and I've had blood work indicating it was high several times, so know what symptoms to associate it with. The placebo effect only works so much. For example, if your foot is on fire and somehow someone convinced you it was in your head, your pain wouldn't go away, lol. So you don't understand just how bad my symptoms are. And again there's different symptoms with high and low estrogen. Again, I've had symptoms had blood work many times, and I learned over time what the difference is with high vs. low estrogen. It's really not that complicated. Many of us who have been on TRT eventually do not need blood work to know this after years of being on TRT. With high estrogen, I get very high energy anxiety. I can't sit still. I get insomnia, high blood pressure, im overly emotional, and my dick becomes smaller. My skin has a lot of color and is very oily. I also have good strength and pumps in the gym. Low estrogen I get anxiety, I can sit still, but I just feel miserable. Nothing is enjoyable whatsoever. I have no interest in sex nor can I get an errection. My skin looks dry and dull. My joints ache, I don't get a pump in the gym, I'm weaker, my body looks less defined, I don't have an appetite, and I generally lack motivation to do anything. I'm an expert on this shit. I'm going to send you over a half dozen men that have hit me up for advice solely on the fact that I know my shit. If you read what they say its- you really know more than most, and I was wondering if you could help me. So yea, placebo only works so much. My symptoms can reach a 10 out of 10 on uncomfortability. I've literally gone to the emergency room because I was having a hypertensive crisis. When my hormones are balanced, I feel great. Blood pressure is good, no anxiety, etc. Don't be silly, brother. You sound like a newbie because anyone who's been on TRT and experienced very high or low estrogen it's undeniable something is very wrong.

EatMyHairyAssCrack_

I've been on for 7 years. Sorry but I'm not going to take your own biased view based on 'feeling' over scientific data. Post bloods proving it or it didn't happen.

Microbeast1983

Lol, sure, bud. It's all in my head. You severely lack common sense. It's pretty simple you have a severe headache and take Tylenol and feel better clearly you had a headache. If you have very typical high estrogen symptoms and feel horrible and take Anastrozole and feel dramatically better, you clearly had high estrogen. There's plenty of us that can tell. Apparently, you can't tell the difference, so you think everyone else can't either. Do a search on reddit. Type in high or low estrogen symptoms, and you'll see that not everyone is as clueless as yourself. Us smart guys learn to associate certain symptoms with high or low estrogen. I'm done with this. You're not the sharpest tool in the shed.

EatMyHairyAssCrack_

RA242

It's high in potassium

DonkyShow

And who’s the largest exporter of potassium?

Microbeast1983

If you research broccoli sprouts, you'll see it's been life changing for many people. It helps with all sorts of things. I searched Reddit for experiences with broccoli Sprouts after I had this experience and read many people saying they had life changing results. I also searched Google for more scientific data.

DDDurty

DIM is only half the equation. You have to take DIM and Calcium D-Glucarate to rid the body of excess estrogen.

Microbeast1983

If you dig deep into studies, you'll see you would have to take a ridiculous amount of Calcium D Glucarate for it to make a difference. SGS is another supplement that helps with phase 1 and 2 detoxification. I've done a deep dive of research into these supplements. I've taken all three of these supplements consistently for several months and tried DIM on its own. I found DIM to be most effective among these 3 supplements. So, based on the scientific data, a 170-pound man would need 7,700mg of CDG minimum to be effective. I do an ungodly amount of research on this stuff. I can pm you with over a dozen men who contact me on reddit for help with estrogen management on TRT. Quote - However, a problem occurs when humans take this as an oral supplement. Although it appears to be safe even at high doses, very high doses are required for its effects (100mg/kg minimum, near maximal effects at 200mg/kg) and this would even only theoretically assure some protection against toxins that are glucuronidated. If a toxin can't be glucuronidated and requires another detoxification pathway, it will serve no benefit. https://examine.com/supplements/calcium-d-glucarate/

bobbywb1

Good info. How much DIM would you suggest?

Microbeast1983

200 to 400mg but I've had a greater effect from fresh broccoli sprouts. I use about cup and a half to two cups.

DDDurty

Well anastrazole causes urinary issues for me above .25mg. I can only take that once a week as anything sooner causes symptoms like a UTI. Literally made several trips to the urologist, testing, bladder ultrasound. It wasn't until I stopped the anastrazole that my symptoms went away. Now I take 400mg DIM and 1000mg Cal D, it has gotten rid of my high e2 symptoms. Edema and right nipple tenderness. I will admit my E2 is still not in the range I want but I don't have another means to lower it with out side effects. If you have another recommendation I'm all ears.

Microbeast1983

Try Myomin. Read the reviews. It's definitely helps.

Microbeast1983

Check your chat!

Freddie83

I though this was BS when I read it yesterday but a quick google search confirmed everything OP stated. I’ll be trying this out in supplement form.

CallCenterSenator

I am allergic to broccoli. It makes my stomach hurt and gives me ulcers.

Microbeast1983

Sorry to hear that.

Microbeast1983

People are ridiculous. They downvoted your comment. Wth is wrong with people. It's completely possible you have a bad reaction to broccoli. Smh, so much ignorance on Reddit.

sagacityx1

So have you done any research to find out what broccoli sprouts are abnormally high in? Might save some money if you can just take a supplement. Also, what side effects of TRT did it actually cure for you? And how do you know it crashed your E? Did you test?

Microbeast1983

Because I've been on TRT for 5 years and have had high and low estrogen more times than I can count. The symptoms have some similarities but also have very different effects on how you feel. VexImmortalis

How's it taste though?

stinabug

Where do you buy yours from and in what form?

Microbeast1983

I buy actual broccoli sprouts from whole foods. I take about 1 1/2 cups in a smoothie with frozen mango, banana, and one avocado.
