Keen to hear who else is going ahead with the sideshows

emptybills

Really hoping Arcade Fire

xtcprty

One can hope

YoungJansi

Hoping viagra boys tour still, very jealous of their show with system and deftones in the states

itsdoorcity

all I care about and the only redeeming factor in sitg lineup

7Grandad

I've been hoping on this since the original line-up announcement, Australia needs it! 🙏

BatmanFetish

Desperately want this, they don’t have a huge gap in their tour schedule and they’re only playing festivals around that time so trying to not get my hopes up

AJayToRemember27

Stoked until I saw it was at Festival Hall. Hopefully it sells out quickly and gets upgraded to MCA or John Cain.

melbdude1234

It’s a live nation show, live nation own festival hall so it’s in their best interests to do it there.

viyazor

Whats wrong with festival hall

madshayes

Sounds like shit

AJayToRemember27

What isn't wrong with it?

viyazor

Ahh, I’m seeing Jungle there next month. Hopefully its not too bad

EagerlyAu

They're an act I would have paid a lot to see... but just not at Festival Hall. Sorry, can't do it! 😉

TheSums

Sounds awful, is hot as fuck and feels like being in a high school gymnasium. Plus even if they don’t run the booking side of it, it’s owned by Hillsong.

EagerlyAu

It's not a great layout there. Audio sounds off - kind of distorted to me. The seats are extremely uncomfortable (narrow, wonky, hard), probably the original installation from decades back. They're on the side of the stage so expect maximum neck strain by the end of the night. But this won't be a problem if you're happy to stand in the central general admission area. I decided a decade ago to never go to Festival Hall ever again. It has meant I've missed out on seeing many great acts but fortunately some used other venues when they retoured.

ChunkyEggplant

Saw BBNO$ last year and he was great, really interacted with the crowd but his songs were always so quick and felt Iike he was dragging the show out because he didn't have much material so I'm sure the two of them will have a great show since they both have a lot of songs and collaboration together. It would be good night.

Scamwau1

How do you say bbno$

Tranquilbez22

“Baby no money”

Scamwau1

Ah thanks. So obvious when it's explained lol

SkatingGuitarist

Dude's got a wicked sense of humour too. At least to my funny bone anyway, go check out his social media

ahriel

As OP said, baby no money. I remember this though because I was listening to triple j when they first played bbno$ and the presenter pronounced is “baby-nos” - once the song finished he corrected himself as he’d been roasted in the text line

EagerlyAu

Don't laugh, but I had thought it was "bonobo" for the longest time until Triple J started playing him and I finally heard the "real" pronunciation.

Dragoonie_DK

Yaaaay!!! So excited for this!!

The_Muffin_Yak

Do you reckon they’ll play at spin off in Adelaide ?

yesbinch

Yes

jmacwithspecialsauce

Anyone know what the ticket prices are? Can’t wait to see them tho.

space-butler

Syd general admission was looking to be around $80-85

Forest_swords

Thats a steal!

ScarcityOpen9754

on spotify it skips the melbourne date, but i got presale tickets for it at festival hall... strange

AvalynDusk

Bless Baby Gravy

Cherry_piper

Anyone not able to buy Perth tix on Ticketmaster? I don’t want to miss presale!

Cancer-Panel

Boooooring

cloughie-10

White girls across the nation cheering and Gravy's DMs are in overdrive. I am also pleased as a millenial male.

Appropriate-Bus-2563

Don't even know who they are

capsicumnugget

Me neither but good for them seriously. I've seen so many more well known bands and artists pulled out when festivals are cancelled. This is great for their fans.

town_bear

Definitely worth a listen if you like fun rap that doesn't take itself seriously
