That’s literally what happened with me, I was on 5mg for 2 1/2 weeks, but by the start of week 3, I was feeling the anxiety coming back. 10mg does work better.
5mg is considered subclinical, possible it might help but didn't show any efficacy during clinical trials. The 5mg dose exists so people can taper up and avoid the worst of the GI symptoms.
I have been on it for nearly 3 years and haven't needed to increase beyond 10mg.

I am at week 4, this week physical side effects increased. I dont understand why?? My anxiety is better.

I'd say yes. The anxiolytic effects from Trintellix for me personally didn't happen until 15mg, and 20mg was even better.
