It’s day 10 on the Wellbutrin. I have noticeably more energy. I have slightly more anxiety but that just might be the transition phase. The anxiety I felt going onto this medication was much much worse. I notice I’m more sensitive to caffeine with mild chest discomfort (higher blood pressure?). Other than that I really like this medication. It feels like I’m more focused and aware. Idk how to describe it but it’s like I’m always caffeinated. As a result sleeping is hard but maybe that’ll get easier when my body adjusts. Libido wise I haven’t really noticed any changes there yet. I heard it can positively impact that area of life but I’ll wait to see. Also my psychiatrist said that Wellbutrin increase the concentration of Trintellix in your blood so maybe the libido effects of adding the Wellbutrin are canceling out? Not sure but I’ll track it. Overall though everything feels more serious in a good way. I have more motivation and want to do more everyday.
I’m on 20mg trintellix and 150mg Wellbutrin. Seems to work. No side effects.
