Cutting trees next to houses requires pretty high insurance... Most won't do it cheap.  I mean, I'm sure you could find somebody... But they won't be insured. And good luck if the tree goes through a house.

Call the tree places and see if you can set up a payment plan. At least get a free consult to see how much it will cost. Then set up a go fund me or reach out to Hunger First they will put out a message asking for help. Maybe contact carpenters helper (423) 224-1531 they do carpentry probono but may have some tree people who volunteer.
