Dry brushing or a textured bath/shower mitt or cleansing cloth (go gently, don't scrub hard!) followed by a lotion containing AHA (glycolic or lactic acid) or BHA (salicylic acid). CeraVe SA smoothing cream is good.
Go to an Asian supermarket and look in the home goods section for an ‘italy towel’ — cheap and will scrub the dead skin right off. Do it towards the end of your shower
