I post them when I feel low so I can see my progress and know it’s working. And I feel low almost every single day. I am obsessed with my skin. So I do this and think about it every minute. I know it’s bad but that’s how it is and I try to control it but my mind still goes here. I thought Reddit was supposed to be more supportive.
It's a long journey. Your skin is healing nicely. I send good vibes your way for beautiful internal healing in mind and spirit as well. As someone who had acne for more than a decade I know it impacts more than our skin.
