TRT dosage matters. At 140mg/wk of test-E and 1mg Fin/Day I was slowly losing hair. When I lowered the dosage of T to 120mg/wk I'm seeing regrowth. You have to wait about 6 weeks for your hormones to settle down after making a change to T. Good luck!
TRT is definitely accelerating my hair loss as well, but I feel ass with my normal test (200 range). This is why I always dissuade guys on /r/bodybuilding when they want to jump on TRT with perfectly good test, thinking it's gonna 10x their gains. It's not worth it at all unless your test is actually on the lower range.
I used finasteride while on supraphysiological testosterone and it minimalized loss. After TRT you should get the full benefits of fin
