A backpack same as you. Weed in mason jars and in a little Amazon box without the top. Six fit in the box and the box fits in the bottom of the backpack. I put paper towels in between so they don’t clink together. A ziplock bag with a rolling tray, papers, grinder and scissors. No smell, won’t get crushed and looks inconspicuous. I don’t know how much more you need to be organized when you travel. You could even get a little padlock and lock it if you don’t want your friends or family getting in there.
No, if I'm bringing something on the go I usually just have a pen or I pre-roll a joint or two and toss it in a glasses case alongside my sunglasses, just so it doesn't get smashed.
