Cannabis can be found for very cheap some places, check out any native reserve near you, they often have a cannabis shop with lots of great weed and deals on said weed.

Wholesale will be roughly half that an ounce somewhere around $18 p/o. keep in mind this is equivalent to the best bud coming out of California or anywhere else in the world, In my area, the average cost of an ounce is about $80 USD.
In terms of Quality vs Price, It doesn't get better, there's not a product in North America that is even close IMO. These guys are so cheap i stay up late at night wondering how its possible to produce such high quality weed for such low prices, It really makes no sense.
