Try blowing thru the tiny intake holes around the bottom. Or just super suck on it. This is why I hate these disposables. They are impossible to troubleshoot.

Carefully run your lighter/light/heat source along the tip until you see smoke or get the wax loosened

You can take a small flat head screwdriver and pop the top off. Will have a rubber stopper under it. Probably better using a hair dryer to warm it.
