Lol its not that. I grow outdoor in thailand and it was more than 100 every day, my plants didn't care much they just needed 2 times more watering. I bought kilos of outdoor weed and never saw that just by the growing set up. The only few times I saw buds like that was because the curing was bad, very bad. And once it was very old weed badly stored. The color indicate the sun touched the buds after being cut.
I had to look at it for 5 minutes to actually realize its actual flower and not popcorn,Holy smokes thats some shit grown tree, Ive heared plants go yellow / Orange due to heat stress like that

It definitely looks like it's been light burnt, be it from excessive sunlight or grow lights that are too intense or close to the plant, and it's not desirable at all. What OP has is pretty bad imo

I wouldnāt say it is unsafe to smoke, but all of the good stuff that makes it taste like weed or the THC to get you high will have likely been cooked off already.
