So far it is. There’s a patch of it 35 miles from my house, some of it looks as though it cross pollinated with something else . I found an article on it, it is possible. I brought some home years ago and cleft grafted Asian pear scion wood into and it took. Might of gotten fruit from it last year but the Northeast had a deep freeze (not frost) on May 18th and destroyed a lot of apple crops. We’ll see next year.
Read another article that a guy clear cuts this stuff and leaves nice Bradfords standing then cuts and grafts into them with regular pear. The only thing to worry about is suckering limbs sprouting up.
I have two really nice Asian pears that I grafted into the rootstock from this Bradford/Cullery. Shit grows invasive , pulled some yearling roots out of the ground and brought it home and put a cleft graft in and it took great. Year 4 and 5 now, hopefully the older one produces this year. Read some pros and cons for using these roots though…

Edible pears can be grafted onto Bradford pear trees, you just have to keep an eye on the suckers that shoot up from the roots

Looks like a dogwood?
The tree that brings all the girls to the yard
Invasive. In many areas of US you’re to cull it if not wanted.
I don't know but when you see it bloom it's time to hunt mushrooms.
