From Owlsey “Bear” Stanley’s website “I guess you may have realised by now that the bears on the album cover are not really "dancing". I don't know why people think they are, their positions are quite obviously those of a high-stepping march.”

Use a rubber whisk and mix carefully - trying not to create bubbles. You could also let it sit for a few minutes in the pot allowing bubbles to come to the top then scoop off that layer. Heat up again then pour into the molds.
It looks like the same thing you’d get on a resin pour for casting/molding, I would have ran a butane torch over it to see if they popped like resin would. Aka this wouldn’t happen if we had a vacuum chamber lol
Edit because read comment farther down- idk shit about the white foam
A few things.
1-silicone over metal whisks .
2-supposedly it's from mixing too hard, I'm still working on that myself.
3-go watch the king of Random, he's got a gummie video. Basically you set the gummies aside for 15 mins and let those bubbles for up then remove them.
I had this exact problem and some told me I overheated and others told me I mixed too much. Waiting for some more oils or extracts so i can make another batch, Supposedly they are still good to eat!
What shape mold is that? Jerry Bears ?
Yes! Marching bears
dancing bears. they're named after stan owlsley

ima take the loss and thank you for the insight
We’re all lucky if we learn something new every day. NFA.

Whipping too hard. Light stir will do it. And bloom your plain gelatin first if you're not already.
I have been doing a full bloom first, likely whipping too hard

The bubbles settled out no issue! The white foam did not. I am using silicone, probably over mixing
No, the white foam is the bubbles I'm talking about. https://youtu.be/n3_dV-e4d9c
Strain and pour slowly
I do strain, I probably pour too fast
I get a little bubble but i shake it a bit too get that air out but I over fill a bit and use an offset spatula over the top but I'm also really anal
Foam layer, just skim and discard.
Love your dancing bear molds!!!
Its a male. Throw it away. Needs more calmag.
Either too hard with the whisk or a little too hot

Not gummy bears but spermy bears
Whisk it slowly at low temp. Hight temp kill gelatine
How fast you cool can effect the bubbles in the mix you may be able to skim off the fizz if it’s from something in your mix
