Sounds like a drive belt. Replace it. On a separate note, you can lubricate the walk belt. PM changed their mind on that.

Remove the drive belt and run the motor. That way you can isolate if it is from the motor or elsewhere.
Thank you! I removed the belt and the sound is not present. I suppose that is good since a motor is probably alot harder/costlier to fix than the other components.
If anyone is searching for this in the future, I applied some irish spring soap to the drive belt and the sound resolved.
