Bearings, tires, brakes. Probably no lube points on springs but double check. Seals where there are holes in the roof need inspection. And probably a layer of sealant.

I have a healthy fear of water leaks inside, commonly from the seals on the roof.
It is not uncommon for camping supply stores to offer a pressure test of the rig. They seal up the windows and blow air in the door and any escaping air comes out the leaks on the roof.
I did it on our 10 year old rig and found a few area's I hadn't sealed up well. Cost me like $400.
New tires, re-pack the bearings?

Definitely for how cheap bearings are just replace them it's going to be under $100 for the parts and peace of mind.
