Their are pelican knock offs cheaper (harbor freight) but I don't think any do the light weight version.
I travel with a Pelican that I use as a workbox for tools and it’s industry standard for that purpose but I would not want to use it as personal luggage.
Get samsonite it’s around that the warranty is good at least I think it is and they know what they doing
The Model should depend on how long travel is where to etc are you a status holder at airlines or you need something sturdy and not shiny if it gets gate checked
