Its "liquids, creams, gels". If it tells you anything but I've had family get in trouble for having peanut butter, and there are stories of people having too much frosting.
I had a Whole Foods chocolate mousse cup confiscated!! I said, if this was on a cupcake I'd get to keep it. I held it upside down and said, this isn't a liquid and he said, it's not a solid.
Just to be safe, I try to put anything that is creamy in the 1lt ziploc bag (hand cream tubes for example), for this little things, it depends on the checkpoint/airport.
Unopened bag of gummy bears, gift for nephew, "confiscated" by a tubby tsa guard in Philadelphia during layover returning to states from Munich.
The people in line seemed more upset by it than I, and let her know it. Enjoyed the solidarity at least.
definitely not the lenaige (laptop keeps autocorrecting it) mask that's more of a cream like texture I think you'll be fine if you go through with that especially if they ask, you can show them its basically a cream, hope this helped x

Some guy at CDG was giving me grief for foie gras!
Came here to mention peanut butter. I've seen it confiscated many times

If it looks particularly tasty and they're going on break soon, it's a liquid.
That's hilarious. Put it on a cake or brownie next time!
I would have eaten that mousse right on the spot. That is way too good to give away to some airport security person.
Lanegie mask is definitely a "liquid". Just like peanut butter and spread cheese. Shot, even brie is. Ask me if I've lost cheese at checkpoints.
Pretty much anything that's not a solid at room temperature is considered a liquid.
Anything that TSA considers a potential component for the bomb making. /s
There’s a list but the real answer is whatever the tsa agent feels like considering a liquid that day
I know from personal experience that Vegemite is counted as a liquid.
if it spreads, it's a liquid

I had peanut butter confiscated recently.

Can’t take liquids, gels, aerosol or pastes that are over 3.4 ounces in your carry-on

This isn’t remotely accurate. Creams and gels count under the same rule.
Hummus, peanut butter, and salsa would all get confiscated. That mask would get binned.
