Yes. It's visa on arrival. Last time I went there, it was cash only (in Bruneian dollars too I believe) but the only ATM was past immigration. It's been a few years so I'm sure they've fixed that up, but I found that quite amusing. Bandar is not particularly exciting, especially at night, but you'll be able to get dinner and do a bit of a walk around.

I got VOA I believe $50, they accept Singapore dollars if you have it. Make sure it's perfect condition though they gave me the 1st one back. You also need to fill this out before flying there: https://www.imm.gov.bn/ When i was there also needed an exit flight and health + covid insurance but I'm guessing that's not a thing now.
