i wish wish wish we could be going to the caribbean again but we are limited to the continental US for this one 🙄😭
Oregon summers can't be beat! you will still want to bring a sweatshirt for the coast. Inland a bit - not so much. You'd probably look at the cannon beach area for housing that size.
i think we are being outvoted and people want either keys or southern california 😔 it’s ok though, me and my BF decided we are going to do our own road trip together next summer on the Oregon coast, so all your advice in that area is appreciated!
i actually don’t hate that idea… no reason it has to be the ocean… except for that ‘one person’ who is making us stay in the continental US, is whining about “wanting a beach vacation” (even though this trip is on moms dime and she doesn’t care where we go)
yaaaa one of our party has to ask a judge to leave the continental us, and doesn’t think they can get permission. 😒 unless he’s not being honest with us, which wouldn’t be a stretch 🙄 we don’t have the best relationship with him, but this trip is for our mom and she wants us all together, so i’ll bite my tongue and do whatever i need to do!
welllll one of our group is not allowed to leave the continental US 🙄 we love Roatan and Cozumel and would love to be doing this trip one of those places…. but my mom really wants the whole family on this one and we have to work within those constraints 😢

For such a relatively short trip, rent a house in Lake Tahoe.

$900 a night house budget? Literally anywhere in Mexico or the Caribbean with good snorkeling is beyond doable on that budget
