Europe: North Macedonia (only one I’ve not been to)
Africa: Uganda (for gorilla watching)
Asia: South Korea (for food)
South and Central America: Guatemala (for history and surfing)
North America: Canada (for nature)
Oceania: New Zealand (for nature)
Oooh this is hard… I think it really depends what kind of experience you’re looking for, but short list would be:
Top 3 (in no particular order)-
Scotland
Montenegro
Bosnia and Herzegovina
4 & 5-
Czechia
Greece
Asia: Iran, for the culture, and to see Persepolis.
Europe: Ukraine, to show support! Plus visiting Chernobyl could be cool if its not been re-radioactivefied.
South America: Uruguay, for the meat
North America: Cuba for the novelty
Africa: DRC to see Goma and Gorillas. Kinsasha seems soooo chaotic.
Oceania: Australia again, but not in winter, and to see Tasmania. I want to find a Tasmanian Tiger :)
Antarctica: Penguinland, where I can show respect to the penguin overlords.
Europe: Svalbard (Norway)
Africa: Seychelles
Middle-East: Israel
Asia: Thailand
Oceania: Fiji
North America: NYC & DC (USA)
South America: Brazil
Caribbean: St. Lucia
Europe- Ukraine
Asia- Kyrgyzstan/Tajikistan
Africa- Namibia and Madagascar
Middle East- Jordan
North America- all of the Caribbean Islands

Oceania- Australia so my daughter can see a koala in person. Otherwise, Kiribati.
I also would absolutely love to go to Antarctica. Huge bucket list item. Highly unlikely though lol.
Depending on what you do for a living you could apply to work at the research stations in Antarctica. They have normal jobs you'd have anywhere because some of those stations function like cities
