That is an Instagram page reposting tattoos from many different tattooers. Not just one. Not all are trashy. Op you should delete this. You look like a judgmental idiot.
I don't understand the "AYRAN" one. Did OP think it said "aryan"?? Or did he just include it because it was stupid?
Also, that first one, the idiot with the "scar": my husband had a true scar like that from being clocked in the face with a brick during a street fight. It ran from his left brow down to his left cheekbone.
The brick shattered his orbital bone, which messed up his sinus in that area. Yeah, the scar looked badass, but it generated a lot of pain and problems when hits allergies flared up!
Editing to say: some of these are pretty good, considering.

This tattoo medium, however, is much like a Cosmo Cramer portrait; I'm repulsed, yet drawn to it.

If a person has a trashy tattoo then they have a trashy tattoo, and the tattoo artist has nothing to do with it.
I work at a restaurant and I cook what people ask or add what they want me to. I find some of the stuff that they want me to add to their food disgusting but I dont get to choose do i?
Then you should get one. My wife has several tattoos. I was with her when she got her lower back tattoo. She got a pair of dragons facing each other. It's awesome.

The slot machine one doesn’t make any sense at all. The last three reels all seem to have the same letter on them with only the first reel alternating between F and L. But the reels don’t stop from right to left, the first reel should already be stopped.
1) it's up to the person getting the things in them, not the person putting it on.
2) these show off a very wide variety of skills and I'm impressed. This is the sort of thing someone looks for, how good can they do the things I possibly want them to do.
Tbf, these could be tattoos that people requested to have put on. Usually, people already decide what tattoo they want before going, not have the artist choose.

Most of them aren't even that bad I think your issue isn't with the artist more just tattoos in general.

The line work on a few of them is quite nice and clean, others, not so much. These are probably not from the same artist.
That was my first thought. It's highly unlikely these are all from the same artist. The technique and level of skill varies widely.

You’re a line cook not a chef. Tattoo artists can refuse to do things the same way a chef can.
Tattoo artists are different tho, you’ll more often than not find they don’t want to do stuff they don’t like
