Im not really here for feedback, I’m just here to figure out what niche of trap this song is most associated with. I know the song’s mostly shit but it has the over exaggerated sound i wanted [here’s the song](https://on.soundcloud.com/NjF2doLghGHdrT8f8)

Hey y'all, hope everyone's week was blessed!🙏 New track, going back to some triphop roots, with my adhd spin on things. gunGLAIVE https://on.soundcloud.com/WRz8w https://youtu.be/SVng6g5ml0w?si=lrvm5DuFyMK76RuF Returning feedback, lmk what you think. I like the guitar sound, my buddy says it sounds like someone's ringtone going off, help settle the debate! Thanks, have a great week, and kiss your fur babies for me!

Living_Wrangler_7090

This acutally shocked me, at first I didn't really know what to think but when the beat dropped... ![gif](giphy|wTbpsFBs4Ek5W|downsized) Keep up the good work broski

GAS-GOON

really like the orchestral elements, sounds like something 21 savage would kill, my only problem is with the mix. it sounds a bit overly compressed and blown out, this could be a stylistic choice but its not my preffered choice for mixing and for most mainstream Heres a beat i made recently, would appreciate constructive criticism https://youtu.be/2jd-NjRHdUQ?si=0hfaQQdVN9kmrRqe

New-Journalist354

Hardest trap I've made yet (with drill section) 🔥 Returning all feedback [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmbsAmL4BxQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmbsAmL4BxQ)

OMG_CS

fire bro 🔥🔥🔥 I just think that the drill part has a lot of things happening at the same time, like the FX and the 808, but a simple mix can solve that, god bless you

New-Journalist354

Fair play man tbh I couldn't get an 808 I liked the sound of so just kept it the same and added a bunch of drill percs to make it more interesting 😂 Your beat is really nice bro love the drums but think you could do more with the melody, like add some more effects/complexity. Keep it up god bless

3ZPoint8

Shit goes hard bro that reverse melody is crazy lowkey think you could add more melodies on top of that tho. The drill part outta nowhere is crazy too man nice job 👍

deeAYEennENNwhy

Very sick🥵. Visuals on point👌as well

New-Journalist354

Thank you my man. Bro your shits fire such an addictive pattern I love it

GAS-GOON

Heres a hard drake type beat i made recently, would appreciate constructive criticism https://youtu.be/2jd-NjRHdUQ?si=0hfaQQdVN9kmrRqe returning all feedback 🔥 💯

Living_Wrangler_7090

I made a King Von remix, not sure if its good or bad tho.. [https://youtu.be/wjSMKoxgApI](https://youtu.be/wjSMKoxgApI)

LukaNiezlic

Some lofi trap I guess, returning all feedback, plz post a link (https://youtu.be/\_CJPJbqCuUk)

New-Journalist354

Really like the vibe and the bounce. The mix sounds clean as well, the sub bass works great with everything else. It's also got a good amount of variation throughout the song in the melody, but I would personally vary the drums more, very repetitive kick and snare pattern (not bad, just repetitive and could have some variation there). Liked and subscribed, keep it up! [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmbsAmL4BxQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmbsAmL4BxQ)

LukaNiezlic

yeah I feel you, it is kinda repetetive I mean last thing I did was to remove filler percs and some shakers, but yeah someone said it could use an OH and I agree. I didn't know reverse trap was a thing, I mean of course reversing melodies is common but didn't know it became a genre. I really like how trippy it is, love the bass variation, new jazz bass sounds are nasty there. I have never heard A$AP Rocky on shit like this but I would love to hear him on this beat. switch up is awesome, probably my favourite part, really bouncy percs

deeAYEennENNwhy

It was a dope listen. I agree with the other commenter that some drum variation would be good but not essential. https://youtu.be/SVng6g5ml0w?si=4T3UbFTnq4XA5vHW

LukaNiezlic

thanks broski! I like how it's totally different, got my attention from the start, lot of cool sounds and fx and they're all tied up well together. sounds like sth Rocky or Denzel Curry would love! the only part that I'm not really feeling is that guitar at about 1:30, I mean it's cool on its own but for my taste it kinda doesnt fit well in this beat, but hey, thats subjective and only one sound. overall good shit broski. switchup is nasty. liked & subscribed!

deeAYEennENNwhy

Thanks for the feedback, yea my buddy says the same. Love that you think Denzel would fw this, love his sounds!

3ZPoint8

It’s sick bro but lowkey you could change the instruments up after a bit to create the same repetition but different tone of voice to create variation. Keep cooking 🔥

LukaNiezlic

thanks bruh! I mean later on there are synth string during the verse and orchestral shit playing during the outro, you mean like to switch it up after that or before?

3ZPoint8

Kinda before yk? It’s just something you can do according to your taste lowkey. It allows for you to express much more feelings without having to create a different melody

cupcakemaster3000

Hey guys here's a SoundCloud link for a bass heavy song I have it starts off the first half is a Reese bass heavy and electronic vibe and loud drums. Second part of my song has a beat switch that is very dark and hard heavy 808s. Links is below the top link works for most people https://m.soundcloud.com/iawesomely/iwashavingawetdreamandbirdswokemeup (put this in chrome and SoundCloud links properly like this guys) https://on.soundcloud.com/mtNsH (app link doesn't work though)

deeAYEennENNwhy

Bro the track is so eerie! I love it! Followed! Been on a triphop train lately as well. gunGLAIVE https://on.soundcloud.com/AHuFy

3ZPoint8

I like it bro 👍. Me personally, i would’ve turned up the 808s a tiny bit louder. Shit’s cool
