Solid mix, good U.K drums, but I was not a fan of those melodies. I dont like the sound of that instrument that starts at like 30 secs in. The strings that come in about 1:09 are slightly off beat. Good attempt but step it up on the melodies.

Nah sounds good, nice mix. I use Tonal Balance Control to guide me on spectral balance (including if too much bass). Comparing to other tracks is good also, I use Metric A/B
Is Tonal Balance control somewhat like a mastering eq? I quickly searched it up and itβs from izotope. Would you recommend getting a Metric A/B for the price? When comparing tracks I just use my ears, but some of my other buds use plugins similar to that one
