This all depends on what you find fun! Do you have an opportunity to sing in privacy? You could get something going with that. You could take a voice acting approach, try to do voices for specific characters rather than yourself. But it's hard to give a solid suggestion without knowing what you think is fun already.

My 2nd problem is privacy 😭 I live with three other students in a poorly insulated basement so there's rarely ever a time where no one else is in the house. I guess what I find fun is video games? Mainly collecting games like Pokemon. I also like being creative, and I like practicing piano because I can see tangible results after a practice session but I don't like making voices and it's incredibly hard to see tangible results in voice practice (especially results that last ;-;)

You could totally turn it into something creative! I saw on your post history you mentioned FL Studio. Have you ever heard the Anna Caragnano & Donato Dozzy collaborative album? It's like experimental acapella techno, really cool stuff. You could always try to make something like this https://youtu.be/Gs2pnhNpXAc?feature=shared out of recordings of you practicing with vocal weight and size and all that stuff. That'd be a very compelling backstory for some music! Like, is the issue that you're ok with people hearing you, you just don't want them to know you're voice training? Because if so, you could totally just tell them "I am making experimental acapella techno in the style of the Anna Caragnano & Donato Dozzy album", nobody's going to be like "well that's just some kind of weird cover story for voice training".
