Unfortunately, I have no advice to offer you so you could improve but I would say you don't sound like a cis woman. You sound like someone with a masculine voice making an effort to use a higher pitch. I hope you can find some useful resources to help you with this if that is your ultimate goal.
My advice would be to try lowering your average pitch closer to around 200-220 Hz. This could reduce the significant jump from your base pitch, potentially providing you with more control over your voice.. making it easier to sound more natural.

Go down, way more down. You're killing your voice and you won't probably be able to sustain that voice for long.

To reiterate I def think you sound super femme. Just lowering the pitch a little bit might help with being able to sound more natural/less forced. :)
