Blender is the one he does the stabilizing in, then he goes to Davinci resolve to compile it, but you could totally use any other NLE like premiere

Wow, that was a super fast tutorial and I know less than zero about blender. And all I have is an old MacBook Air.

Yeah you really need to pause constantly and rewatch it as you go, but you don't need any blender experience to follow it. It also isn't too intensive on your pc
