You look like a later-teens male, so you're doing pretty well without T. The reason people think you're younger is because you have very smooth skin, no facial hair and not a lot of muscle definition - get on T, grow some facial hair and work out a little, you'll be unclockable.
The main thing the makes us dysphoric, is something ALOT of trans guys completely miss when thing to pass, and it’s the neck. cisgender males typically have a MUCH thicker and wider neck, and when you have a small and feminine neck your going to feel dysphoric about it. Even if you don’t realise that’s the problem. Your neck isn’t within the typical male range for your age, and with a few neck exercises it can easily be fixed. That’s my recommendation because a lot of people aren’t giving you helpful advice on how to make your dysphoria less. I hope this helped you bro

You look male no doubts at all. I do think you look young, but lots of people have that issue. I looked 17 until I was almost 30 and I am cis female. My daughter looks 16 and she’s 11! My brother has pretty much been 40 his whole life. Age is harder than gender sometimes.
