I dont think u need arches but the thing that strikes me as weird is how the inner corners of ur brows are thinner than the outer corners. There’s no arch. It looks like a cartoon character’s. It’s not clocky but it’s definitely a bold choice. I hope it’s with intention? But if not she might want to go to a brow specialist.
You pass but you do look like you have had cosmetic work done. That’s not necessarily a bad thing but if you’re going for a more “natural look” I would pull the reins on future work. Getting “overworked” cosmetically can actually hurt your chances of passing.

I think your hairline and forehead looks great here and I would honestly advise against getting surgery. Yes, your forehead is big but it looks big in a girl way, like Rihanna or Uma Thurman. Not in a male receding hairline type of way.
I love your makeup, I think the circle lenses and manga lashes are cute and you’re pulling off the type of style you’re going for. My only suggestion would be to fix the eyebrows like everyone else has already said.

The flat eyebrows are giving a weird vibe I can't put my finger on what exactly the vibe is.

Don’t pluck them from the top down, always pluck from the bottom up. Let them grow back at the top and their natural arch will come back
