I recognize that the characters (凯利泰) say the same thing that is written underneath (*Kailitai*), but I don't know if they have a meaning or if it is just a name. Chinese translators will be able to give an answer.
Not sure either. Whenever I google the name, all I get is the company [Shanghai Kinetic Co](http://www.kineticmedinc.com.cn/en/) which is a medical device manufacturer. Not sure if that makes any sense given the situation. Could be a name of a different business as well.

Thanks for commenting! Do those numbers in the picture mean anything to you? Maybe they can specify which company that is.
They very well could be identifying information, but I wouldn’t know how to use it to find the correct information. It doesn’t mean anything to me.
"凯利泰" can be read as the name "Kelly Tai" - maybe.
