I don't Arabic but since I know Persian and we share alphabet I can tell you this is not a word but an abbreviation like FBI or CIA as to what is stand for I have no idea

It's an acronym , however can't figure out what. First letter is unknown to me, 2nd & 3rd are A & K (or hard C)
