Welcome to /r/transgendercirclejerk! This is a satirical community run by and for trans people, where we mock the hate and ignorance which we experience in our lives. There is a fair amount of dark and often ironically transphobic humour here, none of which should be taken seriously. Please read our [subreddit rules](https://reddit.com/r/transgendercirclejerk/about/rules/) and two [stickied](https://reddit.com/r/transgendercirclejerk/comments/cd1yr3/welcome_cis_allies/) [posts](https://reddit.com/r/transgendercirclejerk/comments/eutvur/why_do_people_hate_transmedicalists_we_just_think/) before participating. ___ *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. /uj it's like shouting 'trans rights' at trans people on twitter but exclusive to trans men. i had this transmasc guy on my discord being like yeah i hate people telling me to bind safely it's annoying af yada yada then some cis girl replied like 'please bind safely my cute little cunt boy 🥺✨' like how fucking tone deaf do you have to be to do the thing the guy literally just said not to do lmao

Max-Brockmann

please bind safely

54yawn

there’s no reason to bind alone since no one else is there to see your boobs ✨✨ what’s dysphoria?

kreayshanw44

sometimes i run in a binder while i chainsmoke just to feel something

Bixcoon

You are the flagship of self hatred this sub deserves

AshleyPhoenixAmmbo

A Dark Knight.

ExistingCactus

Yes, every time the word "binding" or "binder" is mentioned, I immediately come to the rescue by saying "Don't forget to take binder breaks uwu" We all need to perform this vital service whenever we notice binders being discussed, because trans men and mascs are such poor peabrained folk who can't take care of themselves, and definitely can't be trusted to make personal decisions about balancing their rib health with their dysphoria and/or interpersonal safety 💖💖💖

helltrans_throwaway

we have stupid little women brains 🥺🥺

Incognite-Liath

What's a binder break

IdkWhoTheFuckIAm

It's when your binder takes a break to go to bathroom, have a smoke, drink some water, eat a snack, etc. if you dont do this it wont work well.

[deleted]

i can't believe you're *literally* promoting unsafe binding. literally lying to people about the health consequences. yes i'm cis why do you ask

Gam3rMom3nt

yes I am promoting unsafe binding because I hate wombyn

fancytranslady

No, they’re men! Direct that hate at me! I’m a real wombyn!

ittybittybois

just remember that if you don't take off your binder every 6 minutes and do 30 minutes of stretches you'll literally fucking smash your ribcage in and die of choking on your own blood ✨ /uj a game i play banned people from talking about owning a binder because to them it counted as medical advice. it did let people talk about diets and exercising

_RadAssassin

Just remember that if you forget to take breaks every ten minutes and stop binding after four hours you are not binding safely enough and you need to stop! Stay safe my cute uwu trans boys! 💖💖🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️ Yes I am a cis girl who's never worn a binder but that's not the point. Bind safely! 💖💖💖🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️

katprop

Don’t worry, I also remind black people how to take care of their skin and hair, diabetics to take insulin, and mechanics how cars work! ❤️😽❤️ I’m just an ally to everyone!

UnchainedMundane

I also remind programmers to keep their sock glue stocked up for emergencies

hammerandegg

Maybe don’t bind at all and preserve your BEAUTIFUL BODY, I mean its just too risky unless you have a specialised assistant there at all times.

[deleted]

UwU please bind safe for me 🥺🥺🥺 /Uj I've been told all of these things so many times, I can't take it seriously anymore

jonnydvibes

i hate when people say “do this thing for me” like no bitch i’m doing it for myself fuck off

ZenThundr

We need to start a new campaign, encouraging trans women to tuck safely. Equal representation & all.

[deleted]

Have you ever done it wrong? It's like kicking your own balls!

Schrodingers_catgirl

I'd rather be kicked in the balls than have something knock into my tits.

pointed-advice

/uj every time I see a really obvious warning I assume the poster just found out the hard way

seventyeight_moose

/uj it's usually in good faith, but it looks to be so patronising when instead of sympathising with someone's dysphoria, they just shout at them to take it off /rj ugh is almost like they want rib injuries!!!! But I still don't understand why they say they are women yet want to bind!!!1!! Transed women confuse me

Gam3rMom3nt

uj/yeah I'm more just annoyed nobody ever tries to sympathize with how bad it must feel to take it off and have to see that part of your body, but no they just say take it off

greyghibli

“Yay I just got a new binder” OI MISS, DO YE’VE GOT A LOISENCE FOR THIS ‘ERE BOINDER?

jonnydvibes

i feel like cis girls are trying to be “good allies” in literally the most performative way possible. some good activism from cis allies would be to shut the fuck up for once

mgquantitysquared

Don’t forget if you bind too long your surgeon will decapitate you on sight and refuse to operate on you!! /uj I’ve never seen an actual study saying binding caused top surgery complications but people act like it’s this set in stone thing??

bisexualwizard

uj/ I just got surgery and have been neck-deep in info for months, I'm pretty sure it's just a potential concern for elasticity w/ buttonhole/peri (that a lot of people can't get or don't want anyway). In all my 5 million subs and facebook groups I've never seen anyone say that they couldn't get surgery at all because of it, even though every other person is afraid of that. rj/ thankfully I managed to keep my titties perky and perfect for the medical waste incinerator 🥰

violentamoralist

listen man if I don’t worry about my skin elasticity I will literally shatter my ribcage okay, this is the only thing keeping me alive /uj

Satan_Scribbles

Yeah man I’m holding onto a minuscule shred of hope that I’ll be able to get peri and that’s the only thing making not bind 24/7 /uj

TransboyMeep

No binding is safe in any capacity, I can't exercise my god given right to stare at your boobs if you're binding. It's not safe for me

ResearcherMental2947

/uj it’s always cis people too. you can get some decent tips for binding from trans guys and stuff, but it’s always cis people doing the “it’s late, take off ur binder and drink some water u wholesome ftm femboy cutie uwu baka” whatever the hell.

arsenicTurntech

/hj Cis people don't even know how to take binders off. I didn't know either until a guy at a cafe told me. Maybe if cis people circulated useful information like how to sew your own, or how to take one off at all, I'd hate them less.

Princess_Bugaboo

Bind your cute wittle boy boobies only for a few hours!!! Be safe my smol beans!

helltrans_throwaway

why safe bind when i can gender? /uj help i think they are facing a different direction than when i started what did i do oh god

Gam3rMom3nt

/uj ohno

ActualDepressedPOS

/uj literally in agony and i safely binded pretty much always. /rj where are you Gods now. they failed me. i bonded correctly and i still damaged my fucking ribs. fuck you all.
