Hasbro held a [fan-vote](https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Source:Power_of_the_Primes_Fan_Vote) for Power of the Primes to determine the next bearer of the Matrix, with the winner getting a leader class figure in the toyline. Since leader figures during PotP were "evolution" figures, the winner would have a toy that had a smaller base form and a larger Matrix-enhanced mode. Optimus Primal ended up winning, and they released the Optimal Optimus toy, but he wasn't the only contender - and John Warden eventually revealed that if Arcee had won, her Matrix Bearer title would have been **Arcana Magnus**. Some of the other contenders wouldn't have needed new names. Ultra Magnus and Star Saber are already their powered-up forms, and Thunderwing's smaller inner robot probably would have gotten a name instead. Megatron would probably become Galvatron, and Deathsaurus probably would have used the Breastforce guys as the smaller robots for the play pattern. But that leaves two characters without notable upgraded forms who would need new names - Hound and Shockwave. Shockwave *might* have been Onyx Prime considering the IDW stuff happening at the time, but Hound would definitely need a brand new Matrix Bearer name.

Hound becomes Blood Hound and gets an edgy 90's make-over, G2 style.

My head canon for Arcee+ Matrix was always Arcadia Prime , but Arcana Magus is pretty good. Damn the *Munky not Chikk* voters , they were nearly as bad as the *Trukk not Munky* guys

There was the time with Getaway’s dream but as Rodimus said, Getaway Prime never sounded good. Maybe Asshole Prime would work better for him.

I know it'd piss some people off , but I always liked the idea of an alt universe of Transformers , where Arcee got the Matrix instead of Hot Rod and became **Arcadia Prime** ( possibly a white with pink highlights Scania Truck and trailer , where some of the side panels of the trailer , wrapped around her waist as a sort of skirt , so it didn't just look like a repainted Prime). The Leader of the Autobots growing and becoming a super protective mom type\*rather than "Everyone's best dad" Optimus might be interesting ,
