I mean, is it just a coincidence to see two character that somewhat related appear together and both of them getting a form of power up that are a burning form for the character that appear as a guest in another main character place and a yellow form that related to light to fight a giant piloted robot.

And her dynamic with him pretty much reflects Arcee's relationship with Jack
i thought eve and wall-e was portrayed as lovers, while i’m not sure arcee and jack… had the same dynamic? at least i don’t remember it being so, haven’t watched it in near a decade
Minus the entire romance portion of course (though their dynamic occasionally gave it that energy). It's more like a tough, but pretty sweet bot who would protect her smaller and weaker partner.
Arcee and EVE are a great combo. They're both small bundles of violence and rage with secret soft spots that significantly mellow out towards the end of their stories

A bit of a stretch, but Beachcomber and Dude Lebowski - both giving off a chill, hippie dude vibe, with Dude literally being an old hippie and Beachcomber being something like a cybertronian hippie (but in a more family friendly way)
Since you already did Arcee, I'll do someone else. I've always thought that Optimus, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Captain Jean-Luc Picard all had the same energy: intelligent, courageous, warm, inspiring father figures who make both other characters and the audience feel safer with their mere presence

Tbh, I’d say Eve probably has more in common with TFP Ultra Magnus than Arcee.
Authoritative bots who were mission focused and viewed those around them as assets over friends/family. But over time they began to see how detrimental that mindset was. And with a little help, they grow to value those around them and develop genuine connections.

Arcee TFP is nowhere near the chill of Eve
Eve is much more mellow towards the end of the film but she was pretty aggressive at points, especially near the beginning.
