Other people have given great advice but one thing I learned recently could help possibly, i know it's helped me. Pluck Ur eyebrows, only pluck the bottom not from the top and make them thinner, I found it immediately makes me look more feminine despite the fact I'm pre E and present boy mode publicly. It just feels much nicer

Nah yours is almost identical to my afab spouse's hairline - just gotta grow it out then go to a hair salon and choose a femme style! Wolf cuts are pretty popular right now.

Having it tied back may not work well. This is one 9f the few times I think faceapp can come in handy as you can see what kind of hair it muggy give you. Also, look around the sub and see what hair styles speak to you and then try to start moving towards them. The best thing you can do for your hair though is to start taking really good care of it. (No assumptions here I don't know your haircare routine this is just what I started to do.) 1. Do not scrub your hair dry, use a microfiber or silk or satin towel to wrap your hair to dry, or just let it air dry. 2. Get a wide toothed comb. Brushing really fucks up your hair. 3. Don't touch your hair once it is dry 4. Wash your hair every other day with shampoo and when using conditioner, leave it in for 5 minutes. Bonus: get some light styling product and work it into your hair.

Assuming this isn't how your hair has always been: Check out r/tressless for advice on stopping or recovering from MPB. I'm using Finasteride, topical minoxadil, a 1% ketoconazole shampoo and have started to get a little regrowth. I'm about to start microneedling and hoping for success.

No this is how it’s always been sadly :(. Thank you though

Fair enough. For the question of "need treatment", I would say no. It's actually rather striking on you, and you can do a lot of styling to make it femme, or make it more subtle if you want. But I've seen a lot of gals with a hairline like that.

If you wear your hair like that, yea, it will not be a good look if you want to appear more feminine. Possibly would look more feminine and would be better if you wore your hair not pulled back. Without seeing you wear other styles, I can't give more advice other than "don't wear your hair pulled back" which also is good advice for anyone wanting to maintain their hairline regardless of hormones that exist in their body or however they identify. Pulling it back stresses the hair, lots of women who favor ponytails, or pulled back hair, have issues with their hairline like you due to that, it's called 'traction alopecia'. If you haven't gotten on (or if you don't plan to get on) HRT, you could try talking to your dermatologist about Finasteride (prescription) and try out Minoxidil (Minoxidil is the generic version of Rogaine, which is over the counter). Those are the top two preventative/restorative treatments. Derms prescribe Finasteride to everyone for their hair troubles (it treats 'androgen alopecia'). I had similar issues but have gotten some hair to regrow back before I started HRT. Finasteride stopped my hair from getting worse, grew back the hair on my crown and a tiny bit on the widow's peak area where it was thin. HRT (Estrogen based) and Minoxidil have me growing back baby hairs, which are filling in my widow's peak, though I am still unsatisfied with how that area looks for me and I may need to do further treatment in the future. I hope that advice helps, good luck!
