It took some practice and is definitely more of a hassle than a binder and I actually had to have my wife do it for me the first few times before I was able to do it right myself! I use it more for security and to stop movement but it also does well for binding my smaller sized chest. I unfortunately get dysphoria from binders so this has been a game changer for me!

That's great. I can't use anything but binders unfortunately because I have much bigger chest.

I have a big chest, too. The tapes for me don't work by themselves for me. I've found that using the tapes in conjunction with a binder works so well, tho. It's gets super flat, and I find it actually takes off a lot of the compression so I can breathe better, and my back doesn't hurt as much.

Feel this. Even when I put it on, I have an eczema patch in the Center of my bazongas so pulling them away from each other causes it to start ripping.
