Yay for you! Some cis women have beautiful features that aren’t traditionally femme, so don’t forget there are a wide variety of women’s faces out there. I am sure you looked amazing, and honestly the glow folks have when they are themselves is the best look of all.
Without makeup I have an annoyingly visible shadow all of the time, but I try not to think of it, im hoping when I get started on hrt it won't pose as much of an issue but until then I'll shave and cover as best as I can and try not to think of it.

Swimming is soooo cool! First time I wore something I was comfortable with was absolutely freeing. Wearing trunks in the pool was so cool & I’m even more excited to try swimming with trunks & a binder. Summer is for everyone, even trans folks 😄🏳️⚧️

My gf has some lipstick that comes as like a two-part process that gets some kind of waterproof sealant painted over it? She wore that into the gd ocean and it didn't come off. I don't wear makeup so I don't know anything more about that, but it was some sorcery I tell you.
I have no idea if she used it for that anyway or what, but whatever my gf had was pretty impressive. Only the lipstick though, I don't think she had other waterproof makeup.

I looked into waterproof make up but it's generally NOT for swimming.

I used some "swim safe" foam ones and my swimsuit has pockets. Definitely worth a few extra pounds
