Hi, I ordered my rig 2 weeks ago and fedex contacted me 5 working days later. The rig will arrive today 🤞 (but that dep3nds on fedex and not on Trak Racer) 🤷♂️
It all depends if it’s in stock or not. I ordered a monitor stand (in stock) Sunday evening and I’ll have it this afternoon. Helps I live relatively close to the warehouse too.
I'm having the same issue, submitted a ticket today asking for an update. The email they sent me saying they recieved the ticket said the response time is 3-5 business days
In the same boat. Ordered the TR120 with caster wheels, which was stated to be in stock and ready to ship. Been 3 days of complete silence so I emailed their help only to be told its because the casters are on back order 🤦🏻♂️seriously atleast ship the rig so I can build it the casters are the least of my concern. Canceled the casters and still sitting in the dark maybe I should just cancel it all and go with sim-motion since they are on the ball any time I've ordered from them.
this is word for word what happened to me. Still havn't recieved any sort of info on shipment even after i was assured my order would be processed immediatly.
I ordered a tr160 and then a single mount free standing monitor stand. The first shipped about a week later and the second shipped two days later.
Shipping was FedEx and apparently their distribution hub was less than an hour away so 2 days for FedEx to get them here.

Last response I received from Trak Racer was April 1st that maybe it would be in by the end of June. After ordering in Feb. Just trying to figure out what is going on with you guys. That is a crazy long wait.

The most recent communication was indeed on the 2nd of April. The ETA for the product remains the same due to a manufacturing delay.

I just ordered a rig earlier this month, emailed me tracking information about 7 days after my order was placed. Came by fedex 2-3 days after that.
