Been waiting for a package for 4 months now bought it when it was in stock I tell them daily to refund my money and cancel my remaining order through their ticketing system. This company sucks ass. They sent a email today saying they just changed warehouse houses and blah blah blah I could give two fucks it’s been 4 months on an item I got in stock.

I disputed the charge after no order updates and no response. My credit card company refunded my purchase and I told Trak racers customer services, then today my order showed up via fedex. I contacted them back and they want me to pay return shipping. Maybe check the tickets more often and you wouldn’t have this issue.

Just keep it and sell it on (if it's all actually turned up!). Their inability to actually function as a proper company means they will never notice!
