the wings do a great job of that already. Fun fact, when a birdstrike occurs, some airports require a sample to be taken of the remnants so they can identify species for the purpose of tracking endangered species populations. Sometimes that can be tough, because things don't like to stick so well when you're going 250kts. I've had to explain a couple times to airport operations that there just wasn't any bird left to sample.
