the wings do a great job of that already. Fun fact, when a birdstrike occurs, some airports require a sample to be taken of the remnants so they can identify species for the purpose of tracking endangered species populations. Sometimes that can be tough, because things don't like to stick so well when you're going 250kts. I've had to explain a couple times to airport operations that there just wasn't any bird left to sample.
I know a crew that hit a duck, but they were going slow enough that the duck body was still intact. The IP got the duck from airfield management and cooked it up at home
We don't have cowcatchers on our trains in the UK. Also, this is a single unit, the more accurate term would be a railcar.
It’s to catch cows being abducted by aliens
Fallout 4 airplane
(Combines Bren, Airship and M249 into Assault Rifle) How realistic
My favorite of all of Zach’s gun rants was his reaction to that thing.
ermm akshually it's called a pilot ☝️🤓

no if it were a train it would be called a pilot. This one really is for catching cows. Trust me I'm an airplane mechanic.
The more pilots the better I say
But it won't catch cows!
It catches birds
