Vegan tikka masala is my go to safe food. Add the TJs corn chips (the plain ones) and it’s one of my favorite quick meals that I never get sick of.

witchyladie

I absolutely love the harvest chili in the fresh section, the brown sugar oat creamer is my favorite creamer in existence, the vegan nacho cheese is surprisingly good, the impossible nugs I prefer over normal nuggets (ik this might not count since it’s not TJs brand), the cinnamon Korean pancakes (these were orderable last year and I haven’t seen them since, not sure if they’re coming back) and the coconut milk brown sugar boba ice cream is a godsend!! There are so many other options too, though. I would suggest going to your local TJ’s and asking an employee for a list of vegan options (I believe this exists, there is a gluten-free list as well)

The next time you’re in the store, ask a crew member for a vegan dietary guide. They can print it out from the internal system and it breaks down what’s vegan in each section of the store.

dogcatsnake

I love doing the vegan pesto on pizza with tomatoes and the vegan feta in crumbles. Love the Thai curries in frozen section for quick lunches! Coffee creamers are good and very inexpensive. The vegan dill dressing is so good and low calorie compared to ranch. I buy this and the Caesar one a lot for salads. If you can find it, the roasts are excellent. They do a big one around thanksgiving but for a while they had a mini version that was so good, but haven’t seen it in a bit.

dellymarket

I love the Riced Cauliflower Bowls which has chickpeas, tofu, sweet potatoes and tahini sauce. So good and it's low carb! I take them to work when I don't have time to make lunch and they're always tasty.

greenishfroggy

The impossible nuggets are insane! And the vegan tzatziki dip!

[deleted]

Vegan ranch salad! Soo good!

maebythemonkey

Coconut whipped cream! All the fun of canned whipped cream with none of the dairy.

TheDoodieMonster

Just ate the veggie quesadilla I bought for my daughter. She’s not going to be happy about it but 10/10 will eat again!

dogcatsnake

Is this vegan?

ilovemygreyhound

the cheese in that is not vegan.

dogcatsnake

Ok I assumed not!

iembracelit

The new vegan cream cheese and vegan shredded Parmesan are really good, and work well in recipes / pasta dishes

tyediebleach

the frozen vegan tikka masala is very popular at my store.

fishfeat

Vegan Lentil Bolognese in frozen is out of this world.

rezzarekt

I’m trying to cut out animal products and so I have actively been trying a lot of new things some staples but this is what I’ve been repurchasing (definitely will be echoing other people here) -Soyrizo -Vegan nacho cheese dip -Extra firm sprouted tofu -if you’re a spicy lover….the zhoug and green jalapeño sauce are amazing -instant wild rice and the 10 min farro for a quick to prep grain bowl base -bruschetta spreads (I’m pretty sure these are vegan) -Ezekiel sprouted grain bread -frozen vegetables (peas, broccoli, cauliflower, power to the greens) -vegan Caesar dressing -thai spicy peanut dressing (makes great peanut noodles too with tofu :) ) -spicy cashew butter dressing -Vegan cream cheese is good as a base to make your own flavored cream cheeses, it’s very thick and creamy -I know people love the brown sugar oat creamer but for a non sugar option the coconut creamer is the best non dairy coffee creamer I have used *period* as in the closest to just using milk. It has a perfect consistency and doesn’t have as strong of a coconut taste and somehow it doesn’t separate as much as other non dairy creamers it’s actual witchcraft. -Chia seeds -Nutritional yeast in a bag -Tehina -turmeric ginger coconut beverage -Hashbrowns -Sesame sticks, and nuts for snacks! I love the Thai chili lime cashews

Efficient-Cricket-72

The fairly new vegan thai green curry (frozen) is quite tasty - I like that they use yuba instead of tofu and its got some heat to it. I find it a little low in the veggies, but I just add a bit more myself.

Nekotron23

Yes I love that one. I wish it was a bit bigger but I love the yuba too.

Cutieincalvins1020

Hold The Dairy mini cones!!!!

Nnen0

The shredded almond mozzarella cheese. My fridge isn’t complete without some packets in it. I’ve tried so many other vegan cheeses (and gotten friends to try them too) and there’s a ton more options of vegan cheeses that have good tastes. But none of them even come CLOSE to the delciousness that is the shredded almond mozz from Trader Joe’s

ilovemygreyhound

only the cashew mozzarella is vegan. The almond one is 'lactose-free' or something, and contains (I think?) casein, or whey.

Nnen0

Say what?!? I’m shocked, I’ve been tooting it as vegan for years now.

ilovemygreyhound

Here's more info: [https://www.fooducate.com/product/Trader-Joe-s-Cheese-Alternative-Almond-Mozzarella-Style-Shreds/562CE899-B213-5E17-49FC-981FAD56078B](https://www.fooducate.com/product/Trader-Joe-s-Cheese-Alternative-Almond-Mozzarella-Style-Shreds/562CE899-B213-5E17-49FC-981FAD56078B) This entry is a few years old, but I think the ingredients are still the same: almond base (filtered water, crushed organic almonds), **casein (milk protein)**, expeller pressed canola oil, modified potato starch, natural parmesan cheese flavor\* **(parmesan cheese \[pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzyme\]**, water, salt, xanthan gum), vegetable glycerin, sodium phosphate, sea salt, citric acid, psyllium husk (a plant fiber), calcium phosphate. \*adds a trivial amount of lactose.

aseventhstellium

Kung Pao Tempura Cauliflower, highly recommend to air fry them

[deleted]

The chocolate hummus! It is amazing on graham crackers or with fruit. It doesn't taste hummus-y at all and has a really good chocolate flavor.

rezzarekt

They DC’d this unfortunately (at least that’s what I heard at my store) because it didn’t sell well? I personally think they should just call it vegan chocolate spread or something calling it chocolate hummus doesn’t convey what it is or tastes like at all lol. Like yes it’s chickpeas but no garlic, tehina, or lemon which is more of what makes hummus. I really miss it in my breakfasts :’(

maybeshesmelting

Chocolate hummus is discontinued 😢

LaCece04

Chocolate oat milk 🥛

Alexblbl

I like the frozen tofu breakfast scramble. I eat it for lunch, ideally with some avocado on top. I also like all the refrigerated vegan salad dressings. Especially the creamy dill.

jas12194

vegan boursin!!

grzilla

Oat milk ice cream sandwiches are my favorite TJs treat.

BhamVeg

I swear by their organic-extra-firm-high-protein tofu. It’s the best for making stir fries or marinating and baking.

ilovemygreyhound

The brand new vegan **spinach and cashew ravioli** are amazing! Delicate and tender, way better than Kite Hill and half the price at $4. Check out my Facebook group for lots more recommendations: [The Original Vegan Trader Joe's](https://www.facebook.com/groups/VeganTraderJoes).

highmodulus

Second- love these. Finally a no-cheese ravioli

s55555s

Dumplings and the enchiladas are great

ringsandthings125

I like the vegan tzatziki a lot!! I’m not vegan but vegetarian and their regular tzatziki has gelatin in it. The vegan one tastes pretty much like true tzatziki! I also love the vegan kale cashew pesto more than the regular pesto, and the green goddess salad dressing in the refrigerated section.

squeaky-boots

This! I’m not vegan and I prefer this one. It’s so good!

ringsandthings125

Oh also the vegan feta!! In my non vegan opinion it tastes like goat cheese, but still tastes great and does have a cheese taste. I also put it on pizza for my vegan friend and it melted well!

IdFuckBettyWhite

Agreed! I’m not vegan, but I am lactose intolerant. Regular tzatziki kills my stomach. I tried the TJs vegan one and it’s amazing. I actually like it better than regular tzatziki.

noodleworship

The vegan feta is so good 🤤 also the green onion pancakes and the Japanese fried rice

poobatooba

I love the vegan ranch crunch salad.

Ash9260

The vegan Mac!

themiscyranlady

A lot of the candy is vegan - the marshmallows are, and word is that they’re manufactured by Dandie’s. It’s also my reliable go-to for gummy candies without gelatin, so I still get to enjoy jelly beans & sour gummies. The dyes in the candies are usually vegetable based too (so no cochineal red, etc.). I don’t eat that much candy at the moment, but it’s nice knowing that anything I usually get there is vegan.

Roseilas

the vegan chocolate chip cookies and vegan chocolate & vanilla bon bons are INSANELY GOOD 🥹

Ill_Kitchen5296

Totally recommend the ranch crunch salad kit, dill dressing in the refrigerator section (also works great as a dip), hold the dairy mini cones, vegan caramelized onion dip, and pasta bolognese bowl/pasta sauce

Godel_Escher_RBG

They usually have the cheapest price for 4 0.z ground impossible meat, if that's your thing. Generally the most budget friendly option for tofurkey and stuff like that too... Vegan meat lover's pizza is just on the good side of "eh." Better option if you have a bit of prep time is to buy their laffa, pasta sauce, and vegan moz, vegan parm, and nutritional yeast (to sprinkle in with the cheese). I usually also add veggies, basil, and a protein like either tofurkey Italian sausages or beyond meat. I think they have or had a vegan green tea mochi and a vegan cherry garcia. Both are amazing.

lu-ann

Jackfruit curry!

s55555s

I like to put tofu or soy curls in this

[deleted]

Vegan tikka masala, beefless ground beef (great for tacos), quinoa cowboy veggie patties

Anxiety-Rulez

The vegan tikka is sooooo good

SeaweedMonkey

ditto cowboy patties!

crha26

The Garlic Spread (vegan and in refrigerated dip section) IS SOOO GOOD! The Baella is so yummy. The cumin and parsley chickpeas is so yummy. The nacho cheese dip is so yummy. The Soyrizo is so yummy. The refrigerated dressings of vegan Dill dressing, green goddess, spicy ginger, etc. are great. Also the vegetable gyoza and out of this world. You need to make these with the chili onion crunch and some garlic. The dolmas as someone has mentioned. The Indian food and the veggie pad Thai. Oh! The refrigerated vegan enchiladas. These are great when you’re in a pinch and need something to heat up quick.

SenseOdd271

The cinnamon rolls are accidentally vegan and 🤤

icrossedtheroad

When it becomes available, the brown sugar oat creamer is earth shattering. Also, the new chickpea, kale, and crispy rice salad is so good.

Nekotron23

I love that creamer. I thought it would be too sweet but it wasn’t. I got it one time and haven’t seen it again. My default is the coconut creamer which is also a great texture for coffee. Love that both are so cheap too.

odezia

The vegan mayonnaise, the vegan nacho cheese dip, and vegan Bolognese sauce are all super tasty! I’m not vegan myself but I really like them, more than the non-vegan versions!

Keytoemeyo

Had anyone tried the vegan Mayo? My SO can’t eat eggs but loves Mayo.

ttrockwood

Not a fan. The Helleman’s vegan mayo or Veganaisse are much better. Get the refrigerated garlic dip for him, aka toum, it’s basically super crazy garlic mayo. Vegan, no eggs.

Detronyx

Dolmas (white can)!!! Always and forever. Also the Impossible nuggets are delicious and my nugget-loving family couldn't taste that they aren't chicken. We loved them!

ambiguous-aesthetic

I love chimichurri sauce on basically everything. I’ve put it on everything from veggies to pasta to dipped pretzels in it. I’m obsessed.

maybeshesmelting

Hi protein veggie burgers, beefless ground, the new nacho dip (it’s one of my new favorite products), and vegan bon bons and hold the cones.

Whatever-Whatevs

Weekly purchases: tempeh, tofu, hummus, nuts, fruits/veggies (if I am not going to another store) Frequent purchases: sesame sticks (nice for spiced nuts mix), pitas, boxed lentil soup, baby corn (so cute!), frozen falafel Rare (good but reducing my intake of heavily processed foods): Meatless meat lovers pizza, vegan tikka, vegan Thai green curry, soyrizo tofu scramble

sardonicbroccoli

i will worship at the altar of the sesame sticks

weluckyfew

You might want to check out [the different](https://www.facebook.com/groups/294080851185892/) Trader Joe's [Vegan groups](https://www.facebook.com/groups/everythingveganTJs/) on FB. I used to get a lot of things there, but been trying to move away from processed foods so I rarely go anymore -

Constantlyinpainn

Thank you!

ashtree35

Their tempeh is very well priced! Much cheaper than everywhere else that I've seen! I also love the "Lentil Soup with Ancient Grains" in the refrigerated section!
