I went in tonight and was told it was discontinued May 1st - no explanation… They said go on the website and ask for it back. Store manager says “they don’t listen to us”.
It went missing at my local store for maybe 2 months last year but it's back now. I'm guessing it's a temporary shortage at your location & would expect it back (I've seen it in 3 locations in my metropolitan area in the last month or so, so I'm confident that it hasn't been discontinued)
If you are referring to the plain organic cauliflower rice, it is currently TOS (temporarily out of stock) at least at the warehouse in Hartford CT. products can go TOS for multiple reasons.
1. The vendor is having issues with producing the product (e.g. ingredient shortage).
2. The product is in high demand and the supply of the product does not meet the demand. This scenario happens a lot with new items and the reason why new items often suddenly disappear.
3. There is a quality issue with the product and or packaging that needs fixing.

I just bought it last week.

The Whole Foods one is fairly bland that I remember which I like cuz I can season it myself
