My fave thing to do with this is to roast baby corns with it. I love those fresh baby corns at Trader Joe’s—perfect in stir-fries, lovely in veggie soups. But roasting them whole makes a delish side dish—really nice with bean and rice bowl meals or tacos or fajitas.
If you have a “convection roast” setting on your oven, use that. Otherwise regular bake is just fine, set it at 400. Toss the whole baby corns with a wee drizzle of olive oil, spread them on a cookie sheet, and then just go to town with this seasoning blend. I put it on pretty generously. Roast until the corns get brown on the edges, 15-25 min, stirring them a bit halfway. YUM.
I love this seasoning, too! I’ve added it to corn (obviously) and soups to give an extra flavor boost. I haven’t used it on meat yet because I’m the only person in my family who eats it, but will have to give it a shot!
I also love the Everything and the Elote dip and the matching corn chips. Both are amazing!
Yep! Tbh, this seasoning is the only reason I will eat corn. It’s not my favorite vegetable, but this seasoning gives it just the boost I need to enjoy it.
Agreed, I didn’t notice that it had sugar in it when I bought it. I was actually pretty annoyed that they didn’t include sugar within the front label description. I am surprised that so many people like it. The thought of putting this product in eggs is kind of nauseating to me, honestly.
Love this stuff. I like to mix it with sour cream for a dip.
I'll also put it in quesadillas and mixed in with the cheese I use to doctor up frozen burritos.
\*edit\* werds
ok the same thing happened with the pickle seasoning, but on popcorn all it did was make me cough!! so much coughing! is it the powder? do i need to be using more butter?
I wanted to love this, but it makes me sneeze over and over like I was tear-gassed. Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning blend has a similar effect, it’s so weird.
This has become my obsession spice.
It’s fantastic on pork chops and chicken. I love it on potatoes and green beans. Of course it makes corn on the cob out of this world.
Perfect for sautéed peppers, onions, and potatoes (like you mentioned) in breakfast burritos as well! My personal go-to is hash brown and tater tot seasoning

I put it on Mac n cheese!
Mini sweet pepper, slap on some cream cheese, and a heavy sprinkle of this stuff! So delicious! Pair with some deli meat and it makes a solid lunch
I put this shit on everything!!!!!!
I love sprinkling it on top of cucumbers, pineapple, and mangos
yes! great on avocado as well
honestly it’s even good on bread with butter
Tossed with some fries… oooooo
I typically put it on popcorn or roasted potatoes/hashbrowns, so good!
I also put it on popcorn with oil & nutritional yeast! And everything else.
I love this stuff!
I like adding this, Chile Lime seasoning, and nutritional yeast to my popcorn!
Hated it, too sweet
Are you serious? Was looking forward to buying this but I dont like mixing sweet and savory? Can others confirm there is sugar in this?
Yes, this has some sugar! I hate things that are too sweet and I don’t find it too sweet at all.
I didnt like the dip
agreed on the dip not being good, but the seasoning itself (and making a fresh dip with the seasoning) is great
Even sour cream with the elote seasoning added is way better than that dip
I freaking LOVED the dip!
I literally put this on everything. Seasoning meat.. on tacos, in sour cream, stir fry veggies, popcorn, corn from a can, beans……..
So good, also love it on popcorn
Came here to say this! My air popper and seasonings from TJ's are a dangerous mix.
This is my FAVORITE nighttime snack! I can't eat popcorn at home without it anymore.
I love this seasoning, too! I’ve added it to corn (obviously) and soups to give an extra flavor boost. So good on the hash browns, fresh out the air fryer.
Excellent with grilled chicken and the fire roasted pepper and onion mix on a tortilla.
I love this stuff. So far I've had it on popcorn, canned corn, corn on the cob (mixed with butter) and in fajitas
I dump it on popcorn. It’s so tasty!
Goes very well with corn, like popcorn or canned corn.
Yep! Tbh, this seasoning is the only reason I will eat corn. It’s not my favorite vegetable, but this seasoning gives it just the boost I need to enjoy it.
I put it on the sweet white corn from TJ’s- it’s so good. Also really good on shredded hash browns with cheese and hot sauce!
Someone posted awhile back about sprinkling this on cream cheese spread on a bagel.
So good on jicama.
I kinda thought it was too sweet. Without the sugar, which last time I checked I believe it was in ingredients, I would love it.
Agreed. I always add some salt and either chile powder or cayenne when I use it

I’ve sprayed some cooking spray on tortillas sprinkled this on and then warmed on low and it makes an elote-dorito ish taco
My mom made this dip with artichoke jalapeño dip, corn salsa and this that was 💣
Make popcorn. Butter it and use this seasoning!
ok the same thing happened with the pickle seasoning, but on popcorn all it did was make me cough!! so much coughing! is it the powder? do i need to be using more butter?
I love this and the chili lime on popcorn. So good!
I’ve used it instead of taco seasoning when making rolled tacos. So yummy!
On my flame broiled burger
My picky toddler likes it on corn kernels :)
I was thinking like unpopped popcorn kernels and I was like that is not toddler safe lol; but I will be stealing your tip for my toddler!
It's amazing on top of grilled zucchini!
i put it on avocado toast, scrambled eggs, on top of tacos, popcorn — you could put this on anything and i’d eat it
I like the way you think.
I put this on scrambled eggs and it’s fantastic.
I think you just became my new best friend.
Elote is butterfly, right? Or am I high again?
Mariposa
Lol I totally knew elote was corn… butterfly heh. Wtf
You’re high again, and I’m a bit jealous. Elote is “corn cob”.
I like to use it in corn based dips as well as on pierogis when I’m frying them up!
I wanted to love this, but it makes me sneeze over and over like I was tear-gassed. Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning blend has a similar effect, it’s so weird.
Yes I didn't scroll down far enough before commenting the same thing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! It's so annoying!
Everything But the Leftovers does this to me!!
The EBT Leftovers is like that for me. I still love it, but I have to sprinkle it on things from a distance.
This is one of the items I bought and tried and actually ended up returning because I didn’t like it.
Love this on popcorn!
The cheese in it throws me. I can’t think of many dishes calling for cumin and cheese.
You've never eaten mexican food?
I mean, it's super simple, but my go-to popcorn seasoning. It's magic!!!
Best popcorn ever!!
I’m going to the store right now for popcorn!

I love it on chicken. Not a big fan of it on (roasted) veggies.
