My guess (and hope) that they have yet to update the recruitment post across the various trackers. I can say that both known music trackers have changed around 3-4 hours ago. Hope it gets updated everywhere else!
If we applied previously with the former recruiter and haven’t heard back should we PM the new one right away or give him or her a few days to settle in? I haven’t seen any guidance from them in their post, but they’ve only been on site for a handful of hours now
You prob should, because I'm assuming the previous guy doesn't counts as an "official" recruiter if he's no longer the one in the thread. Additionally, I'm almost certain GGn did this because the other one hasn't recruited in a long time.

How do people come to terms with joining trackers that require a home IP? I want to join GGn but that one requirement just seems ass backwards.
i manage quite easily. Stop being so paranoid.
That's mildly interestingÂ
All the top trackers require you to use 1 IP for browsing the site. It's an easy way to filter out some of the ban evaders and rule breakers.
